With two separate ballrooms, and flexible breakout rooms we have the perfect space for both large and small events. Our spacious event venue located inside the Holiday Inn Overland Park offers 10,000 square feet of modern, flexible meeting space that can handle groups from 10 to 500. Kansas Grand Ballroom
Dimensions: 66' x 75'
The Kansas Grand Ballroom is a great place for your guests to mingle during your special day. It accommodates up to 325 people in a banquet layout.
Pre-Function Area
Dimensions: 66' x 30'
Our pre-function location is perfect for meeting your guests or staging space between presentations.
Johnson Boardroom
Dimensions: 20' x 30'
With over 600 sq. ft. of space the Johnson Boardroom is excellent for board meetings.
Sunset Ballroom
Dimensions: 86' x 40'
The Sunset Ballroom is our prime ballroom located on the 8th floor with stunning views. Up to 225 guests can be seated banquet style. This room can also be divided into three separate rooms Sunset I, II and III.
Wyandotte Room
Dimensions: 20' x 30'
The Wyandotte offers a space ideal for break-out sessions. Up to 20 can be seated in a U-shaped layout, or 24 in a classroom style.
Douglas Room
Dimensions: 66' x 20'
Private and comfortable, the Douglas Room is excellent for corporate events. Douglas offers 1320 sq. ft. of flexible event space. This room can also be divided into three separate rooms Douglas I, II, and III.
